Maintenance Contracts

In practice service contract is formally defined as on agreement bases. An agreement is already negotiated agreement between two parties, where one is the end user and the other is the service provider. This can be a legally binding formal or an informal “contract”. Now, this Agreement or we can also say Contract relates to the services the customer receives, and not how the service provider delivers that service. We always keep watch on pre-defined values of contract such as Quality, Reliability, Flexibility, Delivery, Punctuality etc. must convey to end user in proper way.

We mainly provide two types of service contracts

AMC – ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
AMC deals with routine inspection of pre-installed and running objects. We provide AMC of All makes of AC Drives (VFDs), DC Drives, AC Servo Drives, PLC based system, CNC machineries etc. Under this we always follow schedule of annual maintenance agreement either its monthly, quarterly or half yearly. We planning and execute the same according to client requirement. Also, provide emergency service in case of break downs of system or any machinery.

PMC – PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
We personally suggest client to these kinds of service, under which we deliver regular maintenance service topre-installed & manufactured items. A well-adjusted preventive maintenance agreement can save you a lot of headache, machine downtime and at the end of the day money. These kinds of service we given on regular interval either breaks down are there or not?

Application development

We majorly engaged with AC Drive, DC Drive & PLC base customized industrial automation application development. We also design all kinds of panel accordance to end user. Other hands, we are capable to design Turnkeys projects of all industrial process.
